A new direct flight from the Cincinnati area to Heathrow has been announced by British Airways and will start traveling on 5th June.
Cincinnati will be the carrier’s 27th US city to receive direct service from London; the airline now operates 300 transatlantic flights per week.
The flight will run four times a week in the winter and five times a week in the summer.
Customers will have a choice of three cabins on a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner: World Traveler, World Traveler Plus, and Club World.
“The economic impact of this transatlantic flight is exponential for business travel, economic development, and tourism between the UK and our area of the United States,” she added.

British Airways recently announced new flights to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, which would see an increase to six flights per week, and Portland, Oregon, which will become daily for the summer of 2023. Next summer, the airline will also launch an eighth daily trip to New York.
