Azamara has said that starting on 1st December 2022, it will no longer require Covid-19 vaccinations.
Unless local laws require passengers to be fully clothed, the rule change applies to all Caribbean and European sailings.
It would, the line stated, “continue to encourage all guests departing from any port to get tested at leisure prior to travel to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience”.
Azamara removed the necessity for embarkation testing on 25th July but said that testing would still be done on ships as needed.
Carol Cabezas, the president, said: “The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority and we have continued to closely monitor the evolving global situation.
“Azamara continues to implement the highest safety measures in accordance with the local health authorities and the current positive direction of the travel industry.
“We look forward to many being able to sail with us for the immersive cruising experience that we are known for and explore the wonderful destinations the Azamara way.”
According to Azamara, crew members will continue to wear face coverings and have received all necessary vaccinations.
