Arena River Cruises has released its 2023 program, including early bird discounts, but has cautioned that rising operating costs may cause prices to climb.
The new itinerary covers both short and long journeys, as well as holiday getaways.
Itineraries include a three-night cruise from Rotterdam to Amsterdam in April 2023 for £495 per person sharing a main deck accommodation on a full board basis, including return coach travel from the UK and the ferry passage from Dover.
The line’s Salzburg and historic treasures along the Rhine cruise, which departs 2nd July, is new for 2023. The Rhine and Main rivers, as well as the Main-Danube Canal, will be visited by guests.
Managing director Steve Goodenough has advised agencies that space on popular cruises is restricted as a result of excursions being postponed owing to the epidemic.
He also cautioned that rising operating costs will cause rates to rise “in the near future,” advising agents to book as soon as possible.
He said: “Now that pandemic travel restrictions have largely been lifted, we are seeing greater confidence in booking and clients are starting to plan further ahead again.
“With many departures this year filled by bookings rescheduled during the pandemic, availability on some of our more popular cruises has been limited, but plenty of dates are now available for those planning for 2023 already.
“Unfortunately, due to ongoing increases in operating costs it is inevitable that prices will have to rise in the near future so we would recommend that agents encourage their clients to book early wherever possible to secure the best prices.”
