Hey, my name is Parul Jadav and I’m the founder of The Holiday Butler. I’ve always loved to travel and have spent over 19 years working in the tourism sector. I’ve wanted to explore the globe since I was a child, and I believe my air stewardess aunt had a hand in inspiring this ambition, after listening to her tell me about her exciting travel escapades.
My travel adventure began 19 years ago when I started working for The Holiday Place. They were the number one travel agency for Caribbean holidays, with Cuba being their top-selling destination. Working at The Holiday Place alongside the company’s founders, gave me a unique perspective on the business, which fuelled my ambition to one day open my own travel agency. Following The Holiday Place, I joined the Truly Travel team with the exciting chance to head up their long-haul programme, but this was unfortunately cut short in 2020 when COVID-19 wreaked havoc on the tourism sector.
In October, after considerable thought, I decided it was time to get started on my ambition, which led to the creation of The Holiday Butler. My main goal with The Holiday Butler is to provide a personalised A-Z travel service, ensuring that we pay close attention to even the smallest details while planning your holiday and provide a fully inclusive product that will take you from your home to your dream holiday destination, without you so much as lifting a finger.
Our goal is to create a journey that is totally personalised to your needs, and we have over 18 years of experience planning tailor-made holidays to far-flung destinations. All of the services we provide are handpicked to ensure that you receive the highest level of service and quality of experience possible.
The Holiday Butler provides amazing tailor-made package holidays for all types of travellers worldwide. Our goal is to precisely match each customer's needs in terms of what they want to get out of their holiday. We will guide you from the creation of your dream holiday to making it a reality and handling all parts of your journey.
So early this year, my journey with The Holiday Butler began, and now a few months later, I have a 4.5 rating on Trust Pilot and my hard work to make sure all my clients are treated as VIPs has paid off. I think the extensive list of contacts I have with hotel chains and airlines over the last 19 years really helps to achieve this.
We’ve just returned from our holiday in Antalya, Turkey. Parul was great in booking our break from beginning to end. He was easy to reach and kept us informed the whole time. I would definitely use The Holiday Butler again.
We were planning a trip to Turkey with my wife and two friends, but after searching the internet for a nice all-inclusive hotel with good vegetarian food options we got stuck, we spoke with a friend who had recently booked their holiday with The Holiday Butler and they suggested to call them. We spoke with Parul who was very polite and knowledgeable he made a list of hotels for us to review which met our requirements, once we confirmed the final hotel Parul said he will take care of all our arrangements. We have just returned from our holiday and can only recommend The Holiday Butler because we had a fantastic time in Turkey. Parul had contacted the guest relations and food and beverage teams as they were always checking to see if we were happy with the dining options. The Holiday Butler went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful holiday. They even got an exclusive discount from the hotel spa, which was fantastic. Throughout the holiday, we were looked after by a truly professional company. We especially appreciated Parul's regular updates to help us prepare for and during our holiday. We are already planning our next holiday with The Holiday Butler.
We booked our first holiday post covid, wedding, and first child and wanted somewhere we could relax and enjoy - hasslefree! Parul's services went above and beyond to help us with this - we kept going back and forth with our decisions as to what and where we wanted - but Parul was so patient with us and SO quick with his communications. We really trusted his services and as a result knew to book with him and pass on his details to many of our family and friends also wanting to book a holiday. We highly recommend his services and no doubt will book with him again. On top of this Jet2 who he is partnered with were exceptional from the get go! Could not recommend more highly!
Amazing service from start to finish. I cannot thank Parul (The Holiday Butler) enough for his efforts. The holiday was the first one since covid and the first in almost 4 years. Very much looking forward to booking the next one with the Holiday Butler.
I had never heard of The Holiday Butler before booking our trip to Crete. From the moment we booked, we have always received excellent service and frequent communication about our holiday. Every request we made was no problem for them to accommodate. It was truly the best Butler service we have had in a long time. While we were on holiday, they assisted us when some problems occurred at our hotel. They immediately contacted the hotel management and the problem was resolved immediately. Plus, we were treated like VIP's afterwards as most of the staff seemed to pay extra attention to our family, which was very helpful, especially with our strict vegetarian diet requirements. We are so glad we found The Holiday Butler, and we will recommend them to all of our family and friends. We are already planning our next holiday with them.
The Holiday Butler was just as you'd expect from a professional butler. Once our booking was made he kept us informed of anything we needed to know. Made sure we were aware of any vaccination or test requirements before our holiday and upto the day we left. Sent over various trips available and sights to see at our destination and sent it in the post too. He was always their and kept in touch throughout our holiday to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. This was better than any other service I've used and can not recommend him enough. If your after a holiday where someone else takes care of all the details and planning then the holiday butler has to be the place to go.

Hi everyone, Parul Jadav here from The Holiday Butler. I'd like to share with you our top five timeless places to visit in 2023. We’ve all got a bucket list of spectacular places or experiences we hope to tick off in our lifetime, whether it’s braving a skydive, running a marathon, or visiting some of the seven wonders of the world, well this one we’ve got covered. If your list happens to revolve heavily around travel (we don’t blame you!) we’ve got some pretty exceptional itinerary recommendations for you. So be sure to dust off your passports and get ready to explore The Holiday Butler's top five timeless places to visit around the world. Taj Mahal, Agra, India [caption id="attachment_57197" align="alignnone" width="2500"] With its beautifully symmetric white marble structure featuring a treasure trove of decorative stones, the Taj Mahal is one of the most famous landmarks in India and the world. It was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died in 1631. The construction of the Taj Mahal began in 1632 and was completed in 1653. This stunning monument remains one of the most awe-inspiring architectural achievements on the planet.[/caption] Did you know? The Taj Mahal changes colour depending on the time of day and the season. It appears pale pink as the sun rises, changing to sparkling white in the afternoon, bronze-orange at sunset, and light blue in the late evening. Great Pyramids of Giza, Egypt [caption id="attachment_57198" align="alignnone" width="2500"] The Great Pyramids of Giza are one of the world’s most iconic landmarks and the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and also the only one which still remains today. They were built over 4,500 years ago by the pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. These massive structures have stood the test of time and are still standing strong today. The Great Pyramid of Khufu, the largest of the three, is estimated to have taken around 20 years to build.[/caption] Did you know? Despite the often scorching heat in Egypt, the temperature inside the pyramids remains a constant 20°C, the average temperature on earth. Machu Picchu, Peru [caption id="attachment_57199" align="alignnone" width="2500"] Machu Picchu is a stunning 15th-century symbol of the Inca Empire, standing proudly 7,000 feet above sea level in the Andes mountains. It’s world-renowned for its beautiful natural setting and intriguing buildings that play on astronomical alignments and panoramic views. It was built around 1450 but abandoned just over 100 years later during the Spanish conquest of Peru. Rediscovered in 1911, it has since become one of the most visited tourist attractions in South America.[/caption] Did you know? The traditional Inca method of building dry stone walls involved each stone being precisely cut to fit together so tightly that no mortar was needed to keep the walls standing, allowing the walls to even withstand an earthquake. Angkor Wat, Cambodia [caption id="attachment_57200" align="alignnone" width="2500"] The largest religious monument in the world, Angkor Wat Temple is a spectacular temple complex constructed in the early 12th century as a Hindu temple but was gradually transformed into a Buddhist temple towards the end of the century, when it was then described as a Hindu-Bhuddist temple. Angkor Wat is known for its stunning architecture, intricate carvings and beautiful surroundings, including a magnificent reflective pool and beautiful lotus-shaped towers - as jewels in Cambodia’s crown.[/caption] Did you know? According to inscriptions, the construction of Angkor Wat is thought to have taken 35 years, 300,000 labourers and 6,000 elephants. The Great Wall of China, China [caption id="attachment_57201" align="alignnone" width="2500"] The Great Wall of China is one of the most impressive landmarks in the world and a timeless place you should visit at least once in your lifetime. Construction began in the 7th century BC to protect China from invading forces and continued through the Ming dynasty (1368–1644). The Great Wall of China stretches over 13,000 miles, making it the longest wall in the world. Its long and fascinating history attracts people from all over the world, and once you do, you’ll never forget it.[/caption] Did you know? Scientists at Zhejiang University in China researching the makeup of the mortar used for building the Great Wall discovered sticky rice had been added to the standard mixture of lime. In conclusion, these five places are must-see destinations for anyone who loves to travel and experience the world's wonders. They have stood the test of time and continue to amaze visitors with their beauty and grandeur. Whether you're a history buff, an architecture enthusiast, or simply looking for an adventure, these landmarks are sure to leave you in awe. Interested in taking a timeless adventure? If you like to soak up the history and culture of a place just as much as the glorious sunshine, you’ll want to put these awe-inspiring UNESCO World Heritage Sites on your itinerary. At The Holiday Butler, we like to explore the most unique corners of the world; learning to live how the locals do, admiring iconic landmarks, and indulging in a destination’s authentic cuisine. That’s why we’ve listed 5 of our favourite cultural sites to visit across the globe, so you can appreciate the special role they’ve played in shaping history, up close and personal. From world-famous mausoleums to sacred mountains and beyond… 1. Old Havana A bustling capital fringed by baroque and neoclassical buildings, rainbow-coloured Cadillacs, vibrant salsa shows, and a fair share of rum and cigar shops, Havana’s old centre and its fortifications exude olde-worlde charm and heaps of history and culture. Founded in 1519 by the Spanish, Old Havana is one of the most impressive historical city centres in the Americas – and the oldest of the country’s nine UNESCO World Heritage sites, having been declared in 1982. Once the largest port in its region, Havana quickly became a stopping point for Spanish Galleons and to this day remains home to a large network of dockyards and defensive installations that encircle the neighbourhood. A few of the most popular fortification landmarks include the Castillo de la Real Fuerza (the oldest colonial fortress in the Americas), Castillo de San Salvador de la Punta, La Cabana Fortress, and Castillo del Morro. While you’re here, a visit to the Havana Cathedral is a must for its architectural beauty. 2. Taj Mahal One of the most spectacular monuments in the world, this ivory white marble mausoleum was built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by the order of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favourite wife. The Taj Mahal is a glistening jewel when it comes to India’s landmarks, making a name for itself as one of the most universally admired masterpieces – and once you experience its beauty up close, you’ll understand why. Sitting pretty on the bank of the river Yamuna, this architectural delight took 20,000 stone carvers, masons, and artists from across the country (plus Turkey and Iraq too) to build – which isn’t surprising when you consider the structures intricate details including calligraphy carvings and inlaid semiprecious stones. While you’re here, be sure to wander the lush surrounding gardens and admire the reflecting pool. Understandably, this year-round attraction gets incredibly busy - the best time to visit the Taj Mahal is early or late in the day, once the crowds start to disperse. The only day you cannot visit is a Friday, as it is closed. 3. Archaeological Areas of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Torre Annunziata If you like to get more bang for your buck, you’re in luck, as this World Heritage site packs three wonderful archaeological sites into one – Pompei, Herculaneum, and Torre Annunziata. A must-visit if you’re travelling to Italy, these three areas make up one of the country’s 58 UNESCO World Heritage Sites – and boy, are they a sight to behold. Travel back in time when you explore Pompeii and Herculaneum; these two ancient Roman cities were buried when the eruption of Vesuvius in A.S.79 engulfed them in six meters of ash and pumice-stone, however, after centuries of excavating, today their ruins tell a story of architectural importance. Visit the Forum and Temple of Jupiter where you’ll discover various shrines and temples, and admire the impressive stone-built Teatro Grande and Teatro Piccolo (Large and Little Theater) which housed shows for up to 5,000 spectators, plus the famous and oldest surviving Roman Amphitheater. In Herculaneum, head for the House of Galba, well-preserved thermal baths at Thermae, and House of the Neptune Mosaic – known for its stunning rainbow-coloured glass mosaic wall. The third piece of the puzzle, Torre Annunziata is a stone’s throw from the beautiful city of Naples and remains packed with exciting things to explore. 4. Risco Caido and the Sacred Mountains of Gran Canaria Cultural Landscape If you appreciate diverse landscapes, you’ll want to grab your hiking boots for this one. Located in balmy Gran Canaria, the archaeological site of Risco Caido and the Sacred Mountains is peppered with cliffs, volcanic formations, prehistoric cave dwellings, temples, and granaries waiting to be explored by eager history buffs. Stretching around 18,000 hectares (that’s over 11% of the isle) Risco Caido is a must-visit for those in search of traces of human existence from ancestral times thanks to its uniquely significant rock art – believed to relate to magical beliefs and fertility rituals. Discover a series of engravings on the cave’s interior walls, illuminated by an opening in the cave roof – in fact, because of this many thought the landmark could function as a prehistoric astronomical clock. 5. Historic Bridgetown and its Garrison If you’re travelling to Barbados this summer, you’ll want to take a day trip to the capital city of Bridgetown and its Garrison. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was the largest in the British Colonies in the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries and is famed for the critical role it played in the expansion of the British Empire within the Americas. The major port was a key hub for trade and commerce, its busy harbour was occupied by trading vessels and ships making the trans-Atlantic crossing from Africa. The port was, of course, heavily guarded to protect Britain’s trade interests – these efforts didn’t go unnoticed and Historic Bridgetown and its Garrison was honoured UNESCO World Heritage status with a supporting mandate in 2011. Today, the area continues to exist as a hive of activity full of historic buildings, fortifications, and heaps of charm and character. A few top sights include Ann’s Fort, George Washington House, National Heroes Square, Michael’s Cathedral and beautiful Queen’s Park – the perfect place to escape for an hour or two. The Holiday Butler believes that engaging with a knowledgeable, local travel agent is the best way to plan a holiday. Travel agents will do whatever it takes to make your holiday a reality, no matter what you wish to book. The Holiday Butler believes that you should always book with your local travel agent for the following ten reasons. Passion for travel: We want to be clear that travel agents do not work in the industry for financial gain. Many other sectors pay significantly more. Instead, a desire to travel drives travel agents. You can tell your local travel agency genuinely enjoys what they do when you interact with them and hear their excitement for the places they suggest. First-hand experience: Prior to Covid-19, the majority of travel agents would have travelled 5-8 times annually, gaining firsthand knowledge of the places they promote as well as the amenities and standards of the hotels and attractions they recommend. In order to stay up-to-date on new product developments, such as upgraded hotel amenities that can be relevant to your travel needs, travel agents will also often attend training sessions. Security and safety: Travel agents will evaluate your request and address any security or safety concerns with your destination or hotel, as they have access to various notification systems to ensure that the holiday booked meets all safety requirements. Business to business (B2B) relationships: In many businesses, but maybe more so in the tourism sector, relationships with business partners are crucial. Travel agents will have many connections with partners based in the UK and overseas who can assist with any particular requirement, such as reserving the same accommodation you reserved for your honeymoon ten years ago or planning a surprise romantic dinner on the beach. The needs of their clients are almost always addressed because travel agents know how to get what they want. Financial security: You need to be confident that your holiday is financially secure. Make sure a package holiday is ATOL covered before purchasing it. The Holiday Butler is a retail agency of Major Travel PLC, a travel company with over 47 years of expertise, that is ATOL 2933 and ABTA P7169 protected. so you may book with us with confidence. Access to exclusive offers to save money: Travel agents will have access to exclusive offers, including significant discounts with numerous airlines and hotels, as well as add-value offers like room upgrades, couples massages, and much more that may not be accessible if booked online. These little extras really do make a difference. Secure your holiday with a low deposit: The majority of travel agents will be able to offer low deposit to ensure that you can book your trip at the current rates. As an example, The Holiday Butler offers a low deposit of £99 per person (subject to travel dates), making it possible for you to reserve your ideal holiday without stressing out about your finances. In addition, we can help you set up a payment plan to stretch out the expense. Time-saving: Booking a holiday can be difficult and time-consuming because there are so many websites to browse. This is why it's a good idea to always speak with a local travel agent, since they deal with this on a daily basis and have the most expertise to help you with your needs while securing the lowest rates. Complex holiday ideas are simplified and booked for you: The majority of a travel agent's career is spent organising challenging holiday itineraries for clients. Whether you want a simple USA multi-centre holiday or want to scale the heights of Machu Picchu in Peru and then spend time in the breathtaking Galapagos Islands, they will take care of all the finer aspects for you. You only need to show up. It's free: Most travel companies, like The Holiday Butler, will offer all of the above free of charge. That’s right. To ensure your financial security, we will put all the details of your trip together and bundle them into a shiny ATOL-protected package holiday.

We booked our one week holiday to Antalya 2 weeks before travel to join other friends who had booked their holiday much earlier. Parul at Holiday Butler, booked the whole package for us, including hotel, BA flights from Gatwick, private transfers, etc. He was very professional and very thorough with all our requests. He even took the time to prints all the documents and had them couriered over. Whilst we were in Antalya, he even messaged us regularly to check everything was okay. I would highly recommend to use The Holiday Butler for a professional and personalised service.

We booked our Honeymoon with the Holiday Butler and have to say we will definitely be using them again in the future. They went above and beyond expectations, from the booking stage to even contacting hotels to get our hotel room ready before the scheduled time so we didn't have to wait. We had a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us which was pleasant. The booking process was very personal and we were sent information and reminders at every stage. We highly recommend using the Holiday Butler, it felt like we had our own personal butler throughout, checking in on us throughout our trip to see whether we are ok and the service of the hotel was up to standard.

Our holiday was made more personal thanks to the Holiday Butler. We were looking into a trip to Morocco and a friend recommended The Holiday Butler, so this was our first experience. Parul from The Holiday Butler was extremely patient and attentive to all of our key requirements for what we wanted to do in Marrakech. He then made some excellent suggestions and returned to us with a fantastic itinerary for our holiday. He also assisted us with a dietary card that listed our dietary requirements in Arabic, French, and English before our departure date, which really impressed us. The holiday went exactly as planned, and we were very impressed given that this was our first time booking with them. If you are looking for a travel company who will listen to your needs and build an itinerary to your requirements, go with The Holiday Butler.

Excellent and personal level service. They helped me in choosing the right option which is convenient to our budget. 100% recommend to others
10/03/2022
Amazing service we have been offered. Completely tailor-made and highly competitive rates. And the best thing is that the advisors already had the holidays at the location we are going, and therefore get the first hand DOs and DONTs. My planning was never as stress-free as it is this time as everything was discussed, reviewed, booked in less than 2 days. I would certainly recommend and would be a repeat customer. Thanks, Mr. J
