The capacity of SunExpress from Manchester airport to Turkey will increase the following summer. Up to 41 flights per week are scheduled on the airline operated by the joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines.
There will be up to three daily flights to Antalya and Dalaman, and up to three weekly connections per Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday will be made to Izmir.
Adana, Diyarbakir, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Malatya, Mardin, Samsun, Trabzon, Van, Bahrain, Beirut, Dubai, Tel Aviv, and Tbilisi are just a few of the domestic and foreign destinations that SunExpress will serve on its additional 15 connecting routes.
Commercial director at Manchester Airport Stephen Turner said: “We’re seeing increased demand for Turkish destinations like Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir as our customers look for the best value for money when planning their holidays.
“That’s why we’re really pleased to see SunExpress expanding its services from Manchester next summer.”
