Beginning in the summer of 2024, SunExpress will offer service to Antalya, Turkey, from Leeds Bradford airport.
From March, the Yorkshire airport will be serviced by three weekly flights operated by the joint venture airline between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines.
This summer, it expanded its network and route in the UK, which led to the current change.
Nicola McMullen is the aviation director at Leeds Bradford Airport. She said: “This multiple award-winning carrier will provide our new and returning customers with more access to Turkey and its popular resorts, something we’re sure holidaymakers from across the region will welcome.”
SunExpress commercial director Peter Glade added: “Our vibrant and diverse home city offers everything that makes for a successful holiday: great hospitality, fascinating culture, crystal-clear water, beautiful beaches, excellent cuisine and unbeatable value for money.”
