With Chef Socrates Malinganis at the helm, Eliamos cultivates a true-to-life yet elegant eating concept that taps into the force of Mediterranean cuisine and highlights premium products from nearby farmers and organic producers. You can anticipate local feta and fresh Kefalonia cream cheese, known as Prentza, as well as fresh fish from the Ionian Sea and other healthy, locally sourced ingredients in your fresh, traditional Kefalonian cuisine.
