In the wake of the inauguration of its first hotel in Copenhagen, ibis Styles has expanded across the Nordic region. The building was inaugurated by Accor’s design-driven economy brand in collaboration with Borealis Hotel Group.
A 186-key hotel with a focus on urban living and the tranquility of nature is called ibis Styles Copenhagen restad. Rich greens and blues were used in the decor of its rooms as a nod to the local waterways and nature. They provide views of Copenhagen as well as the nearby nature preserves.
In addition, it offers family facilities like a kid’s corner, baby gear, and family suites, as well as bike rental, a work zone, a relaxing area, and a lounge. Sunder, the hotel’s restaurant with a health-themed menu, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a relaxed dining and bar area.
The property is located in a DGNB gold multifunctional building in the business district of Restad and is a part of the Nest45 project. The interiors of the structure were created by Dutch design firm Mulderblauw, and the building was created by Copenhagen-based Holscher Nordberg Architects.
The hotel’s design situates itself at the nexus of urban living and nature. Neon phrases, waterfall lighting, and graffitied walls coexist with nature scenes, printed wallpaper, and floral carpets in the interior design of the ibis Styles Copenhagen restad.
The hotel is located 19 minutes from Copenhagen Kastrup Airport and 15 minutes from Copenhagen’s city center.
