A new menu has been introduced in the Premium Business cabin of LATAM Airlines Group. Felipe Gutiérrez, the company’s senior chef, developed this new menu using regional foods from LATAM markets like Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Ecuador.
The LATAM Airlines Group has introduced a new menu with a proposal that incorporates local products, enhancing its already excellent meals and renowned service on a global scale. LATAM is a multicultural enterprise, according to Paulo Miranda, Vice President of Customers at LATAM Airlines Group.
Miranda added: “We value diversity, inclusion, and different cultures. We want to bring our customers the richness of the flavors of our continent with a new menu that values local products and high-quality cuisine, as well as creating an opportunity and a channel of expression for local talent. And many of these novelties came from suggestions given by the passengers themselves.”
