James Villas Expands in Croatia

James Villas has put more than 3,200 new homes for sale as part of its “substantial” growth in Croatia.

The villa expert said it now offers the broadest variety of managed Croatian homes of any UK supplier.

James Villas, a managed vacation rental firm that is a part of Awaze, has focused growth on accommodation-only vacations in Europe over the last two years.

With a “huge choice” of houses at various price points, it now has more than 7,000 properties up for sale.

Commercial Director Dave Woollcott said: “The new Croatia properties have been added to our inventory from sister company, Novasol.

“Croatia is a hugely popular destination with UK customers and we know there is significant demand for more choice of accommodation, across the breadth of this beautiful country.”

The majority of the villas are located in Istria, with a few others also located in Split, Dubrovnik, and the Dalmatian Islands, including Brac and Hvar.

In low season, seven nights’ worth of lodging start at £279. August prices start at £829 for a family villa with a private pool.
