Viking indicated a significant amount of interest in extended sailings, thus the firm has given information about its world cruise itineraries for 2024–2025.
Viking Sky will embark on a brand-new 180-day world cruise that will leave Florida’s Fort Lauderdale on 19th December 2024, and stop at 85 ports in 37 nations before returning to New York on 17th June 2025. Prices start at £62,990.
The shorter 163-day leg of the 930 passenger ship’s voyage begins in Los Angeles on 5th January 2025, and travels to 29 nations and 78 ports before arriving in New York.
Fort Lauderdale to Greenwich in London is covered by a 138-day option, and Los Angeles to London is covered by a 121-day option.
At addition to double overnights in Auckland, Bali, Ho Chi Minh City, Yangon, Mumbai, and Bergen, the whole circumnavigation includes overnight stops in 13 ports, including Sydney, Haifa, Singapore, and Istanbul.
One-way business class flights from the UK, all onboard tips and service charges, a free visa service, and a beverage package that includes “nearly all” drinks on board are all included for those who book by 31st March.
Every world cruise traveler receives an onboard credit of £800 for spa treatments, onboard shops, and laundry in addition to a credit of £1,600 for shore excursions. Viking Explorer Society loyalty scheme members receive an additional £800 per person onboard credit.
