Virgin Limited Edition’s Moskito Island Now Open to Public

A nine-bedroom home on Moskito Island, equipped with a secret DJ performance deck, multi-level infinity pool, and cliffside cantilevered glass-bottom hot tub, has been made public by Virgin Limited Edition.

The Village is the most recent residence on Virgin Limited Edition’s private island Moskito Island, which is located across from sister island Necker in the British Virgin Islands.

The Branson Estate, The Oasis Estate, and The Point Estate are the other three estates on Moskito that The Village joins. In late 2021, the island made its debut.

The Village offers sea views across to the island of Virgin Gorda from its cliffside location on the western edge of the island. It has several cottage-like buildings with thatched roofs spread out over 3.5 acres.

The estate is solely available for exclusive buyouts and has nine bedrooms that can sleep up to 18 guests.

It has a slide that round the perimeter of the estate and a concealed DJ booth that rises from the outdoor deck overlooking a two-story infinity pool. A cantilevered, glass-bottom hot tub that hangs over the cliff’s edge will be finished in 2023.

Each accommodation has a separate living area, patio or terrace, and en suite bathroom. A 360-degree wrap-around patio is part of the loop-shaped, two-story Master Suite. A spiral staircase leads to the estate’s rooftop, and there is a common bar on the estate as well. As guests climb the stairs the audio-synced, LED lights will move to the beat of the music, with a “stadium-quality sound system”.
