Norse Atlantic Airways, the newest transatlantic airline in the industry, has begun operating its first flights from Berlin to Los Angeles and New York JFK.
The airline also revealed a brand-new, three times weekly service from Berlin to Fort Lauderdale, beginning on 7th December and with tickets starting at €228 one way.
Norse Atlantic Airways’ CEO, Bjorn Tore Larsen, stated: “We are very pleased to now be able to welcome customers from across Germany on board our state-of-the-art Boeing 787 Dreamliners to New York and Los Angeles.
“With the addition of our Fort Lauderdale route commencing in December we will be the largest long haul carrier operating out of Berlin.”
Prices for the three times weekly service from Berlin to LA start at €255, while the daily direct flights from Berlin to New York start at €209.
It follows the carrier’s first-ever service from Gatwick to New York JFK on 12th August.
