Rosewood Villa Magna in Madrid Launch New Penthouse Accommodations

Four new residential-style houses have been launched by Rosewood Villa Magna in Madrid as it expands its selection of private accommodations.

Anglada House, Salamanca House, Castellana House, and Cedros House are a few of the new penthouses.

The most recent phases of the hotel’s extensive makeover, Anglada House and Salamanca House, have been finished.

Both rooms have outside patios with expansive views of Madrid and are located on the top floor of the building. The terraces can be used for private events and are accessible all year.

The largest private suite in the hotel, Anglada House is named after the Spanish entrepreneur and politician Juan Anglada. It has two bedrooms, a work studio, a dining area, a sitting area, and a kitchen with an island.

With no formal partitions separating the rooms or the interior from the terrace, Rosewood claimed that the residential-style layout was evocative of a huge contemporary loft.

The lodging features a fireplace, high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a collection of contemporary artwork by renowned painters Johannes Neilson and Salustiano Garcia Cruz, including sculptures, still lifes, and family portraits.

Salamanca House is a contemporary-styled hotel with local artists’ artwork throughout that draws inspiration from the Salamanca neighborhood’s rich history.

The home features one formal bedroom, but it may be expanded to include numerous neighboring suites, along with various living spaces and a cooking area with a professional BBQ, to make four bedrooms.

On the hotel’s second story, Castellana House is situated with a view of the Castellana neighborhood. Up to five visitors may stay here in its two bedrooms, living room, and three bathrooms.

The centennial cedar that can be seen in the garden outside the property’s entry is the inspiration for the name of Cedros House, which is located on the sixth floor of the structure.

The home has a living room, dining room, and service kitchen in addition to one bedroom. It can accommodate up to three guests, but for more room, it can be coupled with a Castellana Junior Suite.

In October 2021, Rosewood Villa Magna reopened after a thorough renovation and redesign. Since its debut in 1972 on Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid’s most prestigious street, the building has served as a local landmark.
