Morocco Updated Its Covid Entry Requirement

Morocco no longer requires vaccinated travelers to perform a PCR test before entering the country.

The Moroccan government announced the adjustment today (18th May), and it went into effect immediately. Previously, travellers had to show proof of vaccination as well as a negative PCR test done within 48 hours of boarding their aircraft.

Arrivals can now enter by presenting proof of vaccination and filling out an online form, which must be printed and signed.
According to Morocco World News, the administration stated that the decision to relax Covid entrance limits was made in light of the country’s improving epidemiological status.

Despite the relaxation of restrictions, Morocco remains in a state of emergency, providing authorities the authority to take preventive steps in the event of a shift in Covid figures.
