Eastern Airways to Add Capacity on Humberside to Cornwall for Jubilee Weekend

Over the Jubilee bank holiday weekend, Eastern Airways will expand capacity on Humberside to Cornwall trips.

The decision came following a “upsurge” in travelers for the approaching Jubilee weekend, which began on 1st April.

Seats have been added to services running between Humberside and Cornwall airports in both directions from 3rd to 6th June. On 2nd June, the second day of service has been introduced.

Roger Hage, the general manager of Eastern Airways, said: “Identifying opportunities to improve or expand our service to customers is at the forefront of what Eastern do.

“The extended bank holiday and additional celebrations that come with the Platinum Jubilee are an excuse for many members of the public to get away and enjoy time with family and friends.”
