Rosewood Hotels and Resorts to Open its First Location in Austria

In July, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts will open its first location in Austria.

Rosewood Vienna will be housed in a magnificent 19th-century structure on Petersplatz (picture), one of Vienna’s most prominent squares.

The Presidential Suite, which includes a master bedroom, separate living room, kitchen, entertainment space, and an eight-person dining room, will be among the hotel’s 99 rooms and 27 suites.

A range of eating alternatives will pay homage to the Austrian capital’s gastronomic history. The hotel’s top floor will have a choice of fine dining menus featuring both European and Austrian cuisine, as well as yet-to-be-announced concepts such as a’show kitchen’ and an upscale brasserie in the property’s main dining room, which has an adjacent terrace and garden.

A private dining room can be reserved for small parties or as a venue for larger events.

A rooftop bar with views of the city’s skyline will serve classic cocktails “with a twist.”

Five treatment rooms, a hydrotherapy relaxation area, a hair salon, a fitness center with state-of-the-art workout equipment and personal trainers, and a’social suite’ will be available at Sense, A Rosewood Spa.

The Rosewood Vienna hotel will be the brand’s fifth in Europe.
