Despite the fact that South Korea was officially available to visitors, most tourists were turned away due to the requirement of a seven-day quarantine upon arrival.
For fully vaccinated travelers, this need will be lifted on 1st April in most nations, including the United Kingdom. They do, however, have severe requirements for being completely vaccinated with a booster or having had the entire vaccine program within the previous 180 days. On days six and seven after entering South Korea, you must additionally take the quick antigen tests.
From the same date, visitors will be able to take public transportation from the airport.
If you have a British passport, you can visit South Korea as a tourist for up to 90 days without needing to obtain a visa. To enter Korea without a visa, you must get a Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA).
