BA1 Flight Number to Operate on November 8 for 1 Day Only

British Airways will operate a trip to New York with a unique flight number on Monday, 8th November 2021. British Airways will operate flight BA1 as the day’s first flight from London to New York. The 7hr45min trip will leave at 8:30 a.m. and arrive at 11:15 a.m.

For this flight, British Airways will employ an Airbus A350-1000 with a total of 331 seats. There are 56 seats in business class, 56 seats in premium economy, and 219 seats in economy.

This flight appears to be a celebration of the United States’ relaxation of travel restrictions against the United Kingdom. Vaccinated British citizens will be able to travel to the United States again as of 8th November 2021.

Interestingly, the trip appears to be sold out in business class, despite the fact that not a single seat on the seat map indicates as occupied.
